Lonnie Ray Hill, 29, of Atlanta, GA., died unexpectedly Sunday in Atlanta.
Born in Anderson, S.C. and a resident of Buncombe County most of his life, he had been living in Atlanta for the past three months.
Surviving are his wife, Erika Nissen Hill; a daughter, Christine L. Hill of Asheville; a son, Matthew Raymond Hill of Asheville; a stepdaughter, Brigitta Loftin of Atlanta; a stepson, Soren Nissen of Atlanta; the mother, Dorothy Marie Fowler Robenolt of Orlando, Fla.; the stepfather, Eugene Morrow of Atlanta; a sister, Cindy Gilliam of Atlanta; and two brothers, Johnnie S. J. Hill of Perry, Fla. and Michael Eugene Morrow of Atlanta.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Williams Funeral Service. Burial will be in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and at other times will be at the home of Lillie Morrow, 78 Lookout Road.
